Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for cards that have been pop-opened or used. Each bundle on our site is sold in packs, and if even one card from a bundle has been opened, the pack cannot be returned.
